Abby Sciuto (From NCIS)
First, who wouldn't want to be Abby? lol. Next to the girls from Friends she has got to be one on my favorite TV show characters to date. She's spunky, sweet, friendly, has a total dark side, and if someone messs with her, she can totally kick butt (like when she got kidnapped and she beat the crap out of her kidnapper. So awesome!)
When I grow up, I wanna be like Abby. lol
