Simply Amazing

Life lately has been just that. Simply amazing. I have an amazing group of friends that I love so much. They have been my strength, pushing me to go on during the dark times, reminding me that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.

I don't have a boyfriend right now, and funny enough, I'm totally ok with that. I'm enjoying life, seeing whats out there, so when the time comes that I do settle down, it will be with someone I can spend the rest of my life with. Happily ever after. lol

I'm working on getting stuff done around the house so that my insurace gets payed and I can take my girl & her man up to San Fran & get some good engagment photos to show off!

I also want to do some pics of my little sister. She is absolutely gorgeous and the last pictures I have of her all done up are from her 6th grade promotion. Time for an upgrade!

So far, I believe this summer could be the start of many great ones!

I'm having fun, taking it all one day at a time, and seeing where life leads me!

The first is my little sister, we were goofing off and it was actually taken with my cell phone. I just think it's too cute!

The second I also did on my cell (I tried it on my camera & I just couldn't get the angle & zoom right). It's a bridge between Big Horn and Sheldon in Elk Grove.

The third is Sundance, one of our horses. I was trying to get a decent picture of him & he refused to lift his head, so I worked with what I had. I love it regardless!

And the last are these great flowers (I forgot what they are. lol) that are growing over by the turn around spot at my house. They were in full bloom, smelled fantastic, and I thought they would make a beautiful picture!

Now I need to start taking my door apart so I can upload some more of my favorties! lol

So, since this blog is supposed to be about me pictures, here are some of my beach pictures from a trip to San Francisco a bit ago. Mind you, they don't look the best, I need to put better copies on my computer, but these will work for now. Enjoy. lol

My first blog attempt! Whoot!

So, I decided to get on the band wagon and attempt blogging for anyone who has any interest in my life.
For those that don't know, I'm Kelly and I'm double majoring in photography and journalism over at CRC. I'm hoping to transfer soon, but I'm undecided on where to go. So, until then, I'm going to work on building up my photography portfolio for the future!
I'm super excited to be doing engagment pictures of one of my best friends and her fiance soon. They are such a gorgeous couple, and I get to go to San Francisco to do it. How fantastic is that?They are also the lucky people who get to start off my portfolio for me, so they're getting extra stuff once I get my hands on a dark room! I'm so excited!
Since it is almost 3:30 in the morning, I'm going to turn my computer off & turn my attention the the very cute guy who is texting me right now. I know, I'm a total loser, so sue me. lol
